Had no idea we were going to purchase a house this year. With all the hiccups we've experience... there was zero hope. Fortunately, dreams do come true and also ran into some great people! After working with a different realtor for over 6 months I heard of Welton Realty. I called them on Wednesday to setup a meeting on Friday, Monday afternoon I made an offer on an awesome house that Tim hand picked to show me. A little over a month later I was a home owner. The Welton Realty team has been the best to work with, Allan Walsh knew exactly what to do to get me approved for the loan I needed and any time I call with a question they have an answer for my by the end of the day. They have great references for anything you may need to get your house ready to move into and will do whatever they can to help. Even after the purchase of my home Tim has been more then helpful answering question about anything I can think of no matter how small. Tim and his team are very professional and friendly, I will be referring them to anyone I know looking for a home in the area.

I was settling an estate in California and I live in New Mexico. I randomly found Tim Helton at Welton Realty after meeting with another very nice realtor. There was another house for sale by Welton Realty in the same neighborhood as the house I needed to sell for the estate I was administrating. From the first phone call to the last Tim went beyond what I would expect a realtor to do for a client. The house had been broken into several times. He handled it with grace and kept me updated. If I reached out to him either via email, text or phone. Tim always called me back right away (even when his family was experiencing health issues). He gave expert advice and was extremely helpful and kind to someone that had never sold a house before (which given the circumstances was complex for me). There are no negative comments that I could add...my experience was perfect.

Tim was the best realtor that I could ever have in selling my house. He helped us prepare for the sale, work through the marketing process of receiving and accepting offers, held our hand until the end and closing of the sale. I appreciated that he came to us with a booklet of information so that we were well-informed about how to price our home. I really liked that he also answered my phone calls, emails, and text messages. Everything about any appointments to tour the home were worked well around my schedule with my children. My house was listed for sale, offer made, and accepted with 1 week. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone. You want someone with knowledge, experience, common sense, and who is looking out for you and not just themselves. Tim is your guy.
