After working with a different realtor for over 6 months I heard of Welton Realty. I called them on Wednesday to setup a meeting on Friday, Monday afternoon I made an offer on an awesome house that Tim hand picked to show me. A little over a month later I was a home owner. The Welton Realty team has been the best to work with, Allan Walsh knew exactly what to do to get me approved for the loan I needed and any time I call with a question they have an answer for my by the end of the day. They have great references for anything you may need to get your house ready to move into and will do whatever they can to help. Even after the purchase of my home Tim has been more then helpful answering question about anything I can think of no matter how small. Tim and his team are very professional and friendly, I will be referring them to anyone I know looking for a home in the area.

After searching for 30 days for a real estate agent from Hawaii I found Tim. He called me back within 10 minutes and worked diligently to get me into my home with the limited time I gave him. When I met Alan and started the loan process I knew I was in the right place. They did everything in their power to ensure I was taken care of. They understand the PCS timeframes and never faltered in their quest to get me into my home. I will forever be grateful for their guidance, understanding, hard work and honesty.

I was referred to Tim Helton and Welton Realty from a good friend who couldn't stop talking about the excellent service they received and the abundance of knowledge Tim had to offer about real estate. So I set up an appointment just to check it out and soon realized that there was no pressure to buy! It was more about what I had to look forward to when buying a home and what issues might come about so I could decide for myself if or when I was ready. A surprisingly unique experience! Home buying in a seller's market was so stressful, but Tim was so patient and provided excellent support. We were in another state, which I felt was a barrier, but Tim was not phased. He was always available and professional and reassuring that we would find our house. While Tim was our realtor, the whole office was helpful.

I rarely give online reviews. However, when I do, the most I usually give is four stars (or lower). I will make a rare exception in this case and give Tim Helton a five star rating. Tim was referred to me by a good friend of mine who is a real estate appraiser and had worked with him in the past. Tim exceeded my expectations every step of the way. From the initial contact right through to closing, he was responsive and knew every angle to make sure that we received not only the very best service from him, but also to make sure we navigated through all the potential pitfalls of a transaction. I highly recommend Tim Helton as a real estate agent.

We just sold a home with Tim and could not be happier. We had a challenging sale since we had only lived in the house 11 months. I spoke with a different realtor to begin with and she told us we would have to eat about $18,000 to get out of the house! I saw a rave review of Tim on a neighborhood page so I contacted him for a second opinion. He took on our challenge with enthusiasm and we ended up making a bit on the sale! Tim proved to be very knowledgeable, honest, timely and worked hard for us. I cannot recommend him enough for your home sale or buying needs! He is absolutely fantastic!

Tim was the third realtor we had contacted and we are very happy he called us back. That was the beginning of a great buying experience. He was available anytime of day/night text or call for any concerns, questions or doubts. He was never pushy, very knowledgeable and I felt he wanted what was best for us and that put me at ease since it was our first time buying.
