Tim is absolutely amazing!!! I bought and sold my house with him and have no doubt he will be the BEST Realtor I ever meet. He has a way about him that lets you know he cares about you as an individual and not as a commission (like the others in the area). I’ve told everyone I know about how great Tim and Welton Realty is. I’d give him 10 stars if I had the option. My family will miss people like you Tim! Hats off.
