Yes, we really did “Experience the Difference.” We were introduced to Tim, Alan & Chris, through a good friend of ours. I left a message for Tim, and within minutes he contacted me back and set an appointment to see the house, which was a short sale. He was extremely knowledgeable about the short sell process and explained everything including the obstacles of buying a short sale. Tim is very responsive to calls and texts. He is punctual, honest, and knowledgeable. Buying a short sale was an extremely long and trying process, but Tim was always there for us, repeatedly answering our questions, and keeping us updated throughout the process.
