Very knowledgeable and hard working. I have a very erratic schedule but my realtor (Tim Welton) worked around it and did everything he could to get me my house. Before I got it, we looked at close to 20 homes, until the keeper showed up. He got me locked in and the deal was signed.

Also a shout out to Alan Welch, and Chris Perfor, the 2 work with Tim and have helped me a lot with the process of home buying as well. Thank you guys!
